AAA COVID Resources

With health and safety concerns in mind, below are details about temporary changes we are making in service delivery to you, our valued members.

AAA Branches

Understanding that local, regional and national COVID-19 cases will continue to fluctuate for the foreseeable future, we at AAA are doing everything we can to serve our members safely and conveniently. As a result, we've implemented several new measures to ensure the peace of mind of our members, customers and employees..

Members can handle insurance, travel, banking and membership business with AAA in person at your nearest AAA Branch, over the phone or online at AAA.com.

  • AAA will continue to adhere to social distancing guidelines, while limiting the number of people assembled in close quarters.
  • AAA employees are dedicated to sanitizing surfaces throughout the day, including supplies, card readers, counters and common areas.
  •  For increased protection, plexiglass barriers have been installed between employees and members.
  • Employees are required to wear protective equipment and sanitize their hands between all encounters with customers.
  • Employees are required to complete a daily health screening and temperature check. Employees who are sick or considered "at-risk" are not permitted to come to the office.
  • For the health and safety of everyone, we require that anyone entering a branch wears a mask. If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide you with one to wear while you are in the office.
  • Regarding AAA Car Care Plus facilities, our AAA-owned and -operated shops are open for automotive maintenance and repairs, plus all the services you’d find at AAA Branch locations. Regular hours are Mon.-Fri. 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sat. 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • AAA Car Care Plus facilities are located in Florida, Georgia and Illinois. For individual locations and more information, visit AAA.com/CarCarePlus. To find your nearest AAA Approved Auto Repair facility, visit AAA.com/AutoRepair and contact them for information about availability and services.

Roadside Assistance

To best prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to support the health of our employees and service providers, we are temporarily suspending members riding in our tow trucks and service vehicle. Our teams will work to ensure members have options to reach their destination safely.  We appreciate your understanding as we strictly adhere to social distancing guidelines and work to keep our employees, service providers and members safe during this time.

Travel Agency

AAA Travel Advisors stand ready to assist travelers in navigating the many options that are evolving daily. Due to heavy demand, we have also launched an online COVID-19 Travel Help Center as an alternate way to request assistance.

While the decision to travel is a personal one, the help of an expert AAA Travel Advisor may make the planning process a little less daunting—especially at this time, when changes can occur daily! We're here with advice and guidance to help you travel more safely and book with confidence.

Banking Services

Our Online Banking and secure Mobile Banking app allow you to bank virtually anywhere, anytime, Plus, our Banking Services team is ready to provide assistance at 855.999.2265 (Mon-Fri 8 a.m. -7 p.m. and Sat  9 a.m.-1 p.m.).

Log into your Online Banking account to:

  • Check your balances, view transactions, locate account and routing numbers, and more
  • Make a payment to your AAA Dollars Mastercard credit card, as well as loans and other bills
  • Transfer funds between accounts, and send and receive money via email or mobile number using Popmoney
  • Update your contact information, set up security and account alerts, and more
  • Find a fee-free ATM nationwide
