AAA is currently offering free roadside assistance to our heroes on the frontlines of the fight against COVID-19. This includes towing*, tire, fuel delivery, battery, and lock-out service. First responders and healthcare workers, regardless if you are a AAA Member or not, are eligible for this free service.
Please present identification (such as company ID or local travel approval document) as proof that you work for an essential service.

We’re holding off on the handshakes
For your safety, our drivers will avoid shaking hands when they greet you, and they’ll abide by the current social distancing guidelines. Also, we are currently not allowing members to ride in our service vehicles.
We’re cleaning and disinfecting after each service call
To be sure every new service call is off to a safe start, our drivers disinfect their vehicles, cell phones, seat belts and door handles after each service call.

Ask your member relations coordinator for more information. Certain types of vehicles may not be eligible for services. If towing is required, our tow trucks cannot accommodate passengers so alternate transportation must be used. Standard membership guidelines apply. Not all AAA Membership benefits will be available through this program. Offer available for Active Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians, 9-1-1 Dispatchers, Military personnel, and Medical Professional essential workers only. Please be prepared to show identification as proof of employment. Offer good until 4/30/20. Services may not be available in rural areas or during severe weather conditions.
